Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled
Product Manager / Product Owner to lead the development of an enterprise-level
reporting and analytics product built on Oracle technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the product vision, define the roadmap, drive business value, and deliver scalable reporting solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with enterprise reporting needs
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather feedback to shape product features
- Prioritize product features and maintain the product backlog using Agile methodologies
Technical Ownership
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design technical solutions based on Oracle APEX, Oracle Database, and optionally OCI
- Ensure seamless integration with Oracle ERP (EBS, Fusion) and external systems via APIs
- Define and oversee data visualization, dashboard, automation, and AI-enhanced reporting features
Business Analysis & Planning
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
- Conduct cost-benefit and feasibility analysis to support product investment decisions
Go-to-Market & Marketing Support
- Work with marketing and sales to develop product positioning, launch plans, and messaging
- Support creation of sales collateral, case studies, and demo content for go-to-market activities
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the voice of the customer in all stages of product development
- Coordinate product demos, collect feedback, and define improvement cycles
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure user-friendly interfaces
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
- +5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in enterprise software
- Strong technical background with Oracle technologies, especially Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, Oracle DB
- Experience in BI/reporting tools and enterprise data architecture
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven experience in business analysis and translating technical specs into product features
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP (EBS, Fusion) integrations
- Experience working with OCI or other cloud platforms
- Exposure to AI/ML in reporting or natural language query systems
- Prior experience launching enterprise SaaS or hybrid (on-prem + cloud) products
