Position Summary:

We are seeking a Product Owner to collaborate closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize product features. You will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring our products align with user needs and market trends.

Job Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals.

Ensure alignment between business objectives and product development.

Backlog Management & Prioritization:

Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and customer needs.

Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.

Collaboration & Execution:

Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality product features.

Coordinate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience.

User & Market Research:

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights.

Identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and developers.

Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• 1-2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
  
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
