We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Group Business Service team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

  • Support in the ideation, design and align on product vision with key stakeholders, aligning around ADCB goals and objectives in order to drive a strong customer orientation. Translate the vision into product roadmaps, breaking this down into value streams, metrics, and work breakdowns (themes, epics, stories) in order to create an effective implementation plan. Manage the development of operational, strategic and agile metrics for the squad value streams to ensure compliance. Conduct competitor and customer research, review data and feedback loops in order to prioritise technology and digital product delivery. Contribute to Platform, Tribe and Chapter deliverables to ensure achievement against set deliverables
  • Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritised backlog of user stories and epics in Jira in order to identify areas requiring input. Drive product development squads around objectives and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure achievement. Coach squad and provide regular performance feedback to members from Chapters, Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and Platforms to ensure full understanding of improvements required. Liaise with other squads and Platforms in order to deliver optimal outcomes in a scaled agile model
  • Collaborate with prospective users and stakeholders in order to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements. Identify and assist the stakeholder understand the business model, value and value proposition in order to fully understand the deliverable being implemented. Act as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate information flow
  • Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
  • Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programs and projects in line with the Bank's standards.
  • Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank's required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

  • Bachelor's degree is a mandatory requirement in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Technology functions or Digital organisations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)/ Prince 2 Certification or equivalent, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification or equivalent.

  • Numerically astute
