Product Owner (Entry Level) – Cairo, Egypt

About the Role
As an Entry-Level Product Owner, you will be the bridge between our business goals and our technical team. You will help define the product vision, manage the backlog, and ensure that our development team is always working on the most valuable features. You don't need prior experience as a Product Owner – we will train you – but you must have strong organizational skills, curiosity, and the ability to communicate clearly. You will learn agile methodologies hands-on and play a key role in delivering products that our users love.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in defining product requirements and user stories based on business needs and customer feedback.
• Prioritize the product backlog and ensure the development team understands the scope of each sprint.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA testers to clarify requirements and resolve questions.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to suggest improvements.
• Support the Product Manager in launching new features and gathering user feedback for iteration.
Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of software development processes (e.g., agile, scrum) is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills (B2+ level); Arabic is a plus.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems into simple, actionable tasks.
• Organization: Strong time management and attention to detail – you can juggle multiple priorities.
• Team Spirit: You are collaborative, open to feedback, and eager to learn from senior team members.
• Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or Asana is an advantage, but we will train you on our specific tools.
