About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager / Product Owner to own the full product lifecycle from vision and strategy through to delivery and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with engineering, design, clinical, and business stakeholders to build high-quality healthcare solutions (HIS integrations, telemedicine, patient engagement, population health, and more) that meet strict regulatory standards and truly make a difference for patients and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business goals, user needs, and market opportunities
- Develop and clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs
- Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate daily with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and clinical domain experts to deliver valuable increments
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to drive data-informed decisions
- Track and analyze product KPIs / analytics to measure success and guide iteration
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations and standards (NPHIES, CHI, SFDA, CBAHI, NDMO, data privacy).
- Act as the voice of the customer and primary bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Support successful product launches and post-launch optimization.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field
- 35 years of hands-on experience as Product Manager or Product Owner
- Proven experience in healthcare / health-tech (strong plus: exposure to HIS, telemedicine, patient portals, PHM, or similar systems)
- Solid command of Agile/Scrum practices and product development lifecycle
- Proficiency with product tools: Jira, Confluence, Notion, Miro, or equivalents
- Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions with data
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulatory landscape (NPHIES, SFDA, CBAHI, etc.) is highly valued
- CSPO, PSPO, PMP or similar certification is a plus
