Job Responsibilities:
Conduct sales of company products and services to current and prospective clients within the designated area, including remote areas.
Maintain and enhance existing client relationships and forge new ones to expand the business reach.
Prepare and deliver reports on sales activities, such as sales funnel and customer relationship management (CRM), employing tools like market information systems (MIS) and competitor analysis.
Communicate compellingly regarding new offerings, significant developments, and feedback from field activities to appropriate internal teams.
Swiftly address and resolve customer issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with various company departments to ensure all requirements for closing sales are met efficiently.
Diligently achieve and monitor annual sales targets and manage product stock levels.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver best-in-class solutions and product quality.
Utilize JD Edwards system for various sales and stock monitoring processes, keeping data up-to-date and relevant.
Job Requirements:
Saudi National.
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a closely related discipline.
Fresh graduate candidates will be considered; preference given to individuals with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Previous sales experience within Surgical Instruments, Orthopedic Implants, or Operation Rooms.
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales territory and achieve set targets and necessary gross profit margins.
Required Skills:
Strong product knowledge and technical understanding of medical devices in the surgical domain.
Effective application support experience, providing clients with product-specific assistance.
Exceptional negotiation skills to secure deals and maintain a competitive edge.
Advanced capabilities in public relations to elevate the company's image and client engagement.
Proficient in data reporting for accurate analysis and strategic planning.
Proficiency in utilizing enterprise resource planning systems, preferably JDE, for quotations, sales funnel management, stock monitoring, and updating various data points.
Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and oral, to effectively communicate with a diverse set of stakeholders.
Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
