We are looking for a senior, hands-on Sales and Product Knowledge to fully own and manage our website, with a strong focus on sales growth, product knowledge, and customer conversion. This role requires someone experienced, proactive, and willing to deeply understand our products and market.
This is not a junior or purely supervisory role, we need someone who can build, lead, and execute on their own.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage all sales activities for the our website
- Build deep product knowledge across all categories and continuously improve it
- Optimize online sales performance, conversion rates, and customer journey
- Manage pricing, promotions, bundles, and sales strategies
- Work closely with operations, inventory, and website teams
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports
- Train and guide junior sales or support staff if needed
- Identify new sales opportunities and growth channels
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or Product Lead
- Strong ability to learn and master product details
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
