Product Specialist

A reputable and well-established Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Product Specialist for their team in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Build and maintain professional long-term customer relationships with key stakeholders.
• Achieving sales revenue, objectives and targets for assigned products.
• Dealing with customer complaints & implementing corrective actions.
• Identifying product improvements.
• Prepare and implement client visit plans.
• Providing customer training and support.
• Conducting market research and analysing industry trends.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the Pharmaceuticals industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with a good understanding of the healthcare landscape in the UAE.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
