Role Purpose
The Application Owner PLM, B2B & Integrations is responsible for owning and managing PLM systems, wholesale B2B platforms, and system integrations. The role ensures accurate and reliable data flow across the end-to-end fashion lifecycle, from product design through wholesale selling and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage PLM systems, B2B platforms, and all related integrations
- Manage B2B wholesale platforms including NuOrder
- Own EDI and API integrations between PLM, ERP, B2B, and external partners
- Ensure integrity of product, pricing, order, and master data
- Lead integration design, enhancements, upgrades, and performance improvements
- Manage PLM, B2B, and integration vendors
- Coordinate onboarding of new wholesale and retail partners
- Maintain system documentation, integration maps, and operational runbooks
- Collaborate closely with Design, Merchandising, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams across regions
Required Experience & Skills
- 8+ years of experience in fashion PLM and wholesale B2B environments
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and seasonal selling cycles
- Hands-on experience with PLM platforms such as NuOrder, Centric, FlexPLM, or similar tools
- Strong experience with EDI, API-based integrations, and middleware
