We're recruiting a Production / Assembly Engineer (Industrial & Hazardous Area Lighting) to join one of our clients, an Industrial company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, determine, coordinate, and control the production/assembly of hazardous lighting.
- Establish key guidelines and operating procedures for the effective operation of the Production Department.
- Deliver quality engineering production solutions in response to development, manufacturing, assembly, and operational needs.
- Ensure a strong and efficient teamwork culture within the production team.
- Implement production schedules and plans in a timely and effective manner.
- Direct production team members and introduce efficient production line methods.
- Identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation actions.
- Ensure understanding of and adherence to health and safety procedures.
- Maintain awareness of developments in production engineering to enhance departmental capabilities.
- Generate monthly production reports.
- Ensure best practices are employed and seek innovative ways to improve efficiency.
- Maintain close communication with local purchasing and sales teams to meet production commitments.
- Ensure quality assurance across all production outputs.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of production/assembly processes for hazardous lighting and associated challenges
- Proven leadership, time management, and communication skills
