Role Overview

When production is prepared, creatives can create and the work looks expensive for the right reasons.

The Production Coordinator ensures every shoot is logistically ready, documented, and protected from avoidable risk. This role exists to bring structure, foresight, and reliability to production workflows so teams can execute calmly and professionally.

What You'll Do

  • Ownpre-production logistics across photo and video shoots (locations, permits, vendors, props, equipment, talent/models as needed)
  • Buildand maintain production documentation including call sheets, schedules, crew/vendor lists, contact sheets, and permit trackers
  • Trackdependencies, approvals, deliveries, and confirmations that could block a shoot
  • Flagrisks early with clear impact, options, and recommended next steps
  • Maintainclean file systems, naming conventions, and reusable templates
  • SupportProducers with accurate, up-to-date information at all times
  • Ensurenothing falls through the cracks before, during, or after a shoot

What You Bring (Qualifications):

Must-Have

  • 13 yearsof experience in production, agency operations, or project coordination.
  • Near-native English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational mindset maintaining clear checklists, tracking, and documentation
  • Extensive on-set experience across multiple productions
  • Cultural fluency and professionalism across Europe, US, Japan, and GCC
  • Unrestricted ability to travel internationally from Egypt when required
  • Confidence in professional pushback and boundary-setting
  • Calm, solution-oriented approach when things go wrong

Nice to Have

  • Background in agencies, production houses, or shoot-heavy environments
  • Familiarity with international permits, vendors, or location management

Success in This Role Looks Like:

Within your first 90 days, you can run a shoot-ready checklist end-to-end with minimal supervision. Call sheets and schedules are consistently accurate and on time, Producers trust your tracking completely, and the team never has to chase basics.
