About the Role
Our client is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Production/ Video Editor to join their marketing agency team. This role sits at the heart of content creation, supporting social media, digital campaigns, brand films, and performance-driven content across multiple clients and industries.
You will work closely with creative, social, and performance teams to bring ideas to life through compelling, well-paced, and platform-optimized video content.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit video content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and presentations
- Produce short-form and long-form videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid media
- Apply strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design to enhance content impact
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and social media managers to align content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Adapt and resize content for multiple formats and platforms
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Maintain organized project files and follow agency workflows
- Apply feedback efficiently while maintaining creative quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Video Editor, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro
- Solid understanding of social media trends, content formats, and platform best practices
- Experience editing for performance marketing and paid media is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and sense of timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback constructively
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Motion graphics and basic animation skills
- Experience with content for real estate, lifestyle, FMCG, or digital brands
- Knowledge of color grading and sound mixing
- Familiarity with CapCut or mobile-first editing tools
