Job Description
Responsibilities:
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Design and evaluate existing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
Handle budgets and expenditures to minimize costs and production issues.
Provide the team with the needed technical support and training.
Supervise the manufacturing processes and ensure quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
Manage process documentation and prepare production performance reports.
Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs.
Plan and organize maintenance.
Develop detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive resolutions.
Requirements:
A bachelor s degree in engineering, interior design, or a relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in the field of production and manufacturing of sheet wood
Dealing with the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), AutoCAD, and other engineering drawing programs, and dealing with CNC machines.
An ERP user is a must.
Strong knowledge of joinery fabrication and finishing procedures.
Fluency in English is a must.
