- Plan work schedule, resources and job allocation to the right teams.
- Maintain proper records of all production related activities.
- Supervise production, performance and safety of shop floor.
- Guide assembly and wiring teams, provide support and resolve issues.
- Carry out stage inspections and ensure highest product standards.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and ensure adherence.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and take immediate corrective actions.
- Review design drawings and prepare Bill of Materials.
- Coordinate with procurement and ensure arranging materials on time.
- Carryout regular maintenance of all machines for highest availability.
Skills
- Strong understanding of switchgear products and production principles.
- Good at communication to lead and coordinate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CAD and ERP systems.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Competency
Degree in Engineering with 3 years / Diploma with 5 years Experience.
