Role Description
- Implementing the daily and monthly production plan set by the Production Management Manager.
- Monitoring the implementation of production processes for production lines and distributing labor according to the needs of each location.
- Follow occupational health and safety instructions and commit to wearing protective gear
- Monitoring the implementation of the daily washing and cleaning program for the production lines
- Monitoring Critical Control Points (CCPs), OPRPs, and PRPs
- Recording daily production data in the daily production books and production reports and submitting them to the shift supervisor
- to Train all new employees on quality, food, safety and security policies and their job duties.
Qualifications
- +3 to 5 years of experience in the field of frozen fruits and vegetables
- Strong expertise in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Proficiency in conducting Quality Control and ensuring adherence to safety and industry standards
- Excellent Analytical Skills to identify process improvements and solve operational challenges
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and supervisory staff
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the food processing or manufacturing industry is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software for production planning and analysis is an advantage
