Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer LV Panels to join our manufacturing team and support the production of Low Voltage (LV) electrical panels.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in panel manufacturing, production planning, and quality control within an industrial or electrical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the production of LV panels to meet delivery schedules.
- Supervise manufacturing processes including assembly, wiring, and testing of panels.
- Ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Optimize production efficiency, workflow, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to HSE and quality procedures.
- Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 24 years of experience in LV panel manufacturing or production.
- Strong knowledge of LV panels, switchgear, and electrical components.
- Familiarity with IEC standards and panel wiring practices.
- Good understanding of production planning and process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and team coordination skills.
