Production Engineer

Roles and responsibilities:

-Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done safely and efficiently.

-Oversees corrective and preventive maintenance (CM & PM) activities and ensures timely procurement of required spare parts.

-Liaising with other stakeholders to develop plans to improve production, costs, and labor.

-Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.

-Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers well-being into account.

-Material planning and management.

-Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering - Electrical or Mechatronics preferable.
• 3-5 years of experience in production in FMCG or Food Industry.
• Knowledge of FFS and Multihead Weigher machines is a MUST.
