Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all activities of production across assigned shifts or lines

Ensure production plan and schedule are executed efficiently and on time

Monitor workflow, production output and machine utilization to meet the target.

Adjust manpower and resources as needed to handle production demands or equipment downtime.

Maintain a strict adherence to to quality standards, specifications and company policies.

Conduct regular chemical weighing inspection and oversee corrective actions for any defects.

Enforce compliance with all safety regulations, company policy and standard operating procedures

Conduct daily safety check and ensure proper use of PPE.

Participate in lean manufacturing activities.

Support maintenance in trouble shooting and improve machine reliability.

Maintain accurate production records (output, downtime, rejects and labor hours).

Efficiency in using Materials and resources, minimising waste.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.

Minimum 2 year experience in production or a similar position.

Good command of the Arabic and English languages.

Good command of basic computer skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work in a team environment.
