About The Role
We are looking for a skilled
Production Engineer with experience in
events and campaigns execution to oversee production processes from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to translate creative designs into high-quality physical builds while ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the production and execution of event and campaign materials.
- Coordinate with design, creative, and operations teams to ensure accurate implementation of concepts.
- Prepare and review technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Supervise fabrication, installation, and dismantling processes on-site.
- Ensure materials, timelines, and budgets are aligned with project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and oversee on-ground execution to maintain quality standards.
- Liaise with suppliers, workshops, and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and production best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, or related field).
- 25 years of experience in production engineering within events, exhibitions, or campaign execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and on-site installation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration ability.
