Job Description
Responsibilities
Developing and planning production schedules and adjusting them in case of changes, as well as allocating and distributing the workforce across production lines in line with the monthly production plan.
Coordinating with the Accounting Department to provide reports on operating hours for calculating factory operating costs and profit margins.
Conducting periodic market research to monitor new equipment and machinery, and recommending the purchase of new equipment to management with the aim of increasing productivity and controlling costs.
Working closely with the Maintenance Department regarding daily breakdowns and scheduled preventive maintenance of factory equipment and machinery to ensure smooth operations and avoid disruption to the production plan.
Coordinating directly with the Warehouse Department to ensure the regular availability of raw materials required for operations in accordance with the monthly manufacturing plan.
Monitoring daily production operations, identifying material waste if any, estimating downtime in cases of breakdowns or maintenance, and reporting this information to management on a regular basis.
Overseeing daily cleaning and sanitization processes of machines and ensuring they are completed on time to maintain workflow and prevent delays in the production plan.
Ensuring that all production-related operational activities comply with quality control standards and specifications.
Following up on the implementation of safety measures and supervising the execution of health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Supervising the preparation of management reports, sharing them with senior management, and providing constructive suggestions for the development and continuous improvement of production processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in a relevant scientific or technical field.
35 years of previous experience in production and manufacturing operations.
At least 2 years of experience in the mineral water industry.
