Production Line Leader

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily production and staff on air conditioning indoor/outdoor unit assembly lines.

2. Coordinate and resolve line abnormalities, monitor production progress, and achieve daily output targets.

3. Train new employees on standardized operations.

4. Implement 5S management and basic process improvements.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of air conditioning production line management experience.

2. Familiar with household air conditioning assembly processes.

3. With good lauguage of English and Urdu. Priority on Bangladesh or Pakistani.

4. Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
