Production Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Garment Production Manager to lead end-to-end production operations — from fabric sourcing to order planning and delivery execution. This role is critical in ensuring product quality, cost efficiency, and on-time production.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fabric sourcing from local & international suppliers

• Plan and track purchase orders (POs) and production timelines

• Handle production forecasting & capacity planning

• Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and internal teams

• Ensure quality control across all production stages

• Optimize costs, lead times, and supplier performance

• Monitor inventory and prevent stock gaps or overstocking

• Troubleshoot production delays and operational bottlenecks

Requirements

• 3–7+ years in garment production / apparel manufacturing

• Strong experience in Egyptian market suppliers & factories

• Background in fabric sourcing (knits, seamless, polyamide is a plus)

• Proven experience in PO planning & forecasting

• Strong negotiation & supplier management skills

• Detail-oriented with strong operational mindset

• Experience in fast fashion / e-commerce brands is a big plus
