Production Manager

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a premier provider of exceptional outdoor living solutions. Our client is looking to hire a skilled Production Manager with extensive experience in aluminium manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.

- Plan, schedule, and manage production activities to meet targets and project timelines.

- Monitor and optimise production flow, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.

- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure the availability of raw materials and resources.

- Manage end-to-end aluminium manufacturing processes with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and cost control.

- Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and installation.

- Prepare production reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in production management within the UAE.

- A strong background in aluminium manufacturing is mandatory.

- Excellent knowledge of production planning, materials management, and workflow optimisation.

- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.

- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control practices.
