Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Zahra Furniture, located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of furniture production, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring efficient production workflows. Responsibilities include managing production teams, maintaining quality standards, liaising with suppliers, optimizing production processes, and ensuring timely delivery of products while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Production Manager in a furniture manufacturing company is a must
- Strong management and leadership skills, including team coordination and effective communication
- Experience in furniture production processes, production planning, and process optimization
- Knowledge of quality control standards, workplace safety procedures, and inventory management
- Familiarity with supply chain management and vendor coordination specific to furniture manufacturing
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced production environment
- Compliance with schedules and ability to work under deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
