For a Well established company in the Furniture Design & Manufacturing, We are looking for an Production Manager – Furniture Design & Manufacturing with strong expertise in furniture design and manufacturing to oversee production operations and ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate should have a background in furniture design, understand material behavior, and be comfortable managing workflows from design to final product.

Location: Zamalek, Giza, Egypt
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the production process for furniture and display units with a variety of warehouses/factories
- Oversee production operations, ensuring quality control and timely project completion.
- Coordinate with design and technical teams to translate concepts into production-ready drawings.
- Create and review technical drawings and ensure accuracy in dimensions and specifications.
- Optimize material usage, control waste, and maintain cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement production schedules and track progress.
- Liaise with suppliers for raw materials and monitor inventory levels.
- Bring in new suppliers to work with an grow our production scale efficiently.
Requirments:
- Education: Degree or diploma in Furniture Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in furniture manufacturing and production management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of other design software like SketchUp, Rhino, or SolidWorks is a plus).
- Strong understanding of woodwork, metalwork, and finishing processes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
