Job Title: Production Manager Furniture & Interior Projects
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager from the furniture and interior fit-out industry to manage end-to-end production for hotel and hospitality projects. This is a senior role requiring strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and a polished, professional communication style to coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complete production operations for furniture and interior works across hospitality projects
- Plan and control production schedules, manpower allocation, and factory output
- Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to ensure drawings, specifications, and timelines are met
- Maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring high-end finishes and detailing
- Manage vendors, subcontractors, and material procurement for smooth production flow
- Monitor production costs, minimize wastage, and improve operational efficiency
- Support site teams during installation, snag resolution, and final handover
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and industry compliance standards
- Represent the organization professionally in meetings and cross-functional coordination
Requirements & Skills
- Strong experience as a Production Manager / Senior Production Professional in furniture manufacturing or interior fit-out
- Mandatory exposure to hotel/hospitality contract projects
- In-depth knowledge of furniture production, joinery, materials, finishes, and hardware
- Proven ability to manage teams, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Well-spoken, polished, and confident communicator
- Results-driven with a hands-on approach to production leadership
