Job Description:Production Manager must ensure efficient and cost effective factory operations adhering to the required quality standards and must have adequate knowledge for production planning, organizing, manpower management, recruitment etc.
Responsibilities:- Shall have at least 15yrs. Experience out of which last 5 years should have been working as Production Manager of a medium size factory having atleast 300 workers.
- Must be Engineer graduate preferably from any of the premium institutes.
- Must have good communication and man-management skills.
- Will be responsible for the entire production of the factory including planning, machine maintenance, ensuring productivity etc.
- Oversee a workforce of 300 + employees in the manufacturing department
- Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
- Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
- Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
- Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
- Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
- Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels
- Must be conversant with ISO audit and other statutory audits for the factory.
