Production Optimization Engineer

Summary:
Responsible for optimizing well and field performance using production engineering principles, digital tools, and artificial lift analytics. Supports surveillance, diagnostic workflows, and performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor well performance and identify opportunities to increase production and equipment run life.
• Analyze ESP, SRP, PCP, and gaslift performance and recommend optimization actions.
• Conduct diagnostic reviews using surveillance tools, trend analysis, and engineering models.
• Support artificial lift troubleshooting, failure analysis, and optimization projects.
• Collaborate with operations, field teams, and subsurface disciplines to resolve production challenges.
• Prepare performance reports, KPIs, and datadriven recommendations.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of artificial lift systems (ESP/SRP/PCP/Gas Lift).
• Experience with production optimization software and digital surveillance platforms.
• Ability to interpret well data, dynacards, fluidlevel surveys, and production trends.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
