Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar for a Production Specialist. The Production Specialist will oversee daily operations in the production unit, including production planning and management, quality control, and workforce coordination. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor / In-Charge to lead our Cold Room Door production unit. This role is central to ensuring our manufacturing and installation processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Oversight: Lead the end-to-end manufacturing and installation processes specifically for cold room doors.

Operational Coordination: Work closely with production, refrigeration, and project teams to ensure seamless project flow.

Quality & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and rigorous quality standards across all production stages.

Resource Management: Manage manpower, workflow planning, and ensure daily production targets are met consistently.

Project Delivery: Provide hands-on support for project execution to guarantee timely delivery to our clients. This role involves optimizing processes, monitoring production performance, and ensuring outputs meet quality standards. The Production Specialist is also responsible for training team members and promoting effective communication within the production team to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management
• Proficiency in Quality Control processes to ensure adherence to standards
• Demonstrated ability in team Training and improving operational efficiency
• Effective Communication skills for coordination and collaboration in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Manufacturing, or Production Management
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Commitment to detail, problem-solving, and adhering to timelines
• Knowledge of industry-specific tools, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols is advantageous
