Job Description

Responsible to manage operations and personnel for efficient functioning of production department.
Responsible to ensure adequate materials, Equipment's and personnel are available to meet production targets.
Responsible for manpower Planning and control.
Responsible for Production Planning and scheduling.
Responsible for production tracking.
Responsible for updating weekly stock status.
Responsible for recommending procedures for machinery maintenance or modification, including replacement of machines.
Responsible for detecting and solving production problems.
Responsible for site inspections for fire rated ducting installations.
Responsible for coordinating with sales team and clients regarding product specifications and deliveries.
Communicating and coordinating with customers.
Plan and implement production schedules.
Day to Day report to Production Manager.
