Production supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily production and staff on air conditioning assembly lines with good daily 4M1E preparation.

2. Coordinate and resolve line abnormalities, monitor production progress, and achieve daily output targets,ensure perfect work order completion rate;

3. Training and developing production team.

4. Implement 5S management and basic site improvements.

5. monthly production status review and making production preparation plan

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of air conditioning production management experience. Familiar with RAC assembly processes;

2. With good employ management skills of good leadership;

3. With good lauguage of English and Urdu;

4. Highly self-motivation,Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility,could work under pressure.
