Driver cum PRO

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Driver cum PRO to support the company with transportation, government liaison, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be familiar with UAE government procedures and possess a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport company executives, employees, and visitors as required
- Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and serviced on time
- Handle government-related documentation including visas, Emirates ID, labor cards, medicals, and license renewals
- Liaise with government authorities such as MOHRE, Immigration, Traffic Department, and other relevant departments
- Submit, follow up, and collect official documents and approvals
- Maintain records of vehicle logs, fuel usage, and government transactions
- Support HR and Administration with document delivery, employee onboarding, and exit formalities
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a Driver cum PRO in the UAE
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and government procedures
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online government portals
- Good communication skills in English
- Trustworthy, punctual, and professional
- Overall experience of 3-7 years.

- Previous experience in corporate or industrial companies
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
