Purpose of the Position:

The Sales Representative is integral to driving the company's growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients across various sectors, including chocolate manufacturers, hotels, bakeries, confectioneries, caterers and ice cream producers in the UAE.

The role requires a combination of strategic sales planning, exceptional product knowledge, and a customer-centric approach.

The Sales Representative will focus on exceeding sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction through the application of effective sales strategies, relationship-building techniques, and operational compliance.

Responsibilities:

Tapping into all Sales Channels and showcasing EMF Emirates LLC products to new and existing clients and increase the customer data base.

Analyze existing sales results of EMF Emirates LLC and take corrective actions to maintain expected targets.

Ensure the EMF Emirates LLC product portfolio's promotional activities are effectively implemented in line with company policies and standards.

Identify new opportunities for EMF Emirates LLC products and develop strategies to achieve them.

Formulate plans to rejuvenate the slow moving product (s) of EMF Emirates LLC which results in selling the existing stocks and attaining new orders.

Ensuring appropriate levels of inventory are managed at all times versus sellout.

Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication, regular visits, and understanding of their evolving business needs.

Regularly review and adjust sales tactics to stay competitive in the region.

Track the progress of client orders and maintain clear communication with internal teams, including logistics and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements:

->3-5 years experience in UAE with B2B Sales or any consumer goods related company.

-> Sales Numbers oriented

->Valid UAE driving license

->Good Communicator.

->Professional appearance and character suitable for client-facing interactions

->Ability to multi-task well and be a team player

->Proficient in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting tools
