Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professor of Medicine, located at Al-Azhar University's campus in 6th of October. The Professor of Medicine will deliver high-quality teaching to medical students and oversee various academic responsibilities. The role also includes leading and contributing to impactful medical research, mentoring students and junior staff, and participating in community health initiatives. The successful candidate will be actively involved in inpatient care and foster excellence in medical education.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Medicine and Inpatient Care practices
- Demonstrated experience in Medical Education and Teaching
- Strong background in conducting and publishing Research in reputable journals
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to cultivating the academic growth of students
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D., MD, or equivalent) in Medicine or a related field
- Experience in curriculum development and academic leadership is a plus
- Commitment to advancing community health and sustainable development goals
