Role Description

We are seeking a committed Professor of Physiology for a full-time, on-site position at Suez Canal University in Ismailia. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, designing and improving curriculum, supervising dissertations and research projects, and engaging in innovative research within the field of physiology. Additional duties include participation in academic committees, mentoring students, and contributing to departmental and university initiatives through collaborative efforts.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and teaching experience in Physiology and related disciplines.
  • Strong research background with a proven track record in conducting and publishing scientific studies in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Ability to develop and deliver academic curriculum, assess student performance, and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaborative skills to contribute to departmental and institutional goals.
  • PhD in Physiology or a closely related field is required.
  • Experience in educational program development and familiarity with modern teaching tools and techniques is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ismailia and actively participate in academic and administrative responsibilities.
