Role Overview

The Program Coordinator plays a key operational role in delivering C3's entrepreneurship and innovation programs. Working closely with the Program Manager, you will ensure seamless planning, execution, and evaluation of programs while engaging directly with founders, mentors, partners, and other ecosystem players.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys managing multiple moving parts, and is passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for C3 programs and events.
• Serve as a point of contact for founders, mentors, and partners.
• Support in collecting program data, tracking progress, and preparing reports.
• Assist with communications, content updates, and stakeholder engagement.
• Stay informed about entrepreneurship and innovation trends across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Business, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
• Arabic Speaker
• 13 years of experience in program coordination, startups, or innovation ecosystems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other AI tools.
• Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and social impact.
