As a Program Delivery Manager at Nokia, you will lead complex customer projects, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and delivering exceptional quality within budget and schedule. Your responsibilities include project planning, risk management, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with customers, and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction. Leveraging your expertise, you will identify opportunities for contract expansion while ensuring the successful execution of project deliverables. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to navigate challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Manage complex customer programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and contractual obligations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, adapting to changes while coordinating all aspects affecting cost, scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Oversee financial management by monitoring budgets, forecasts, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer relationships, addressing complaints, corrective actions, and evolving requirements.
  • Implement comprehensive risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and opportunities.
  • Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensure achievement of quality and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency in project status and relevant updates.
  • Explore opportunities for contract expansion and renewal with customers, enhancing long-term partnerships.

Key Skills And Experience

Must-Have:

  • 10+ years of extensive project management experience in a technology or telecommunications environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale customer programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong expertise in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting for projects
  • Experienced in risk management and developing mitigation strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with clients and cross-functional teams

Nice-To-Have:

  • Familiarity with Nokia's Mode of Operation (MoO) and PM@Nokia methodology
  • Experience in contract management and negotiation
  • Knowledge of innovative project delivery approaches and methodologies
  • Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within customer accounts
  • Previous experience leading diverse project teams in a multicultural environment
