Program Design and Development Senior Specialist - UAE National

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of training content and course materials.
• Assist with program admissions, registration, and strategic planning.
• Design L&D materials, including presentations, documents, and simulations.
• Ensure training programs are aligned with organizational needs.
• Work with SMEs and internal teams to refine content and optimize learning experiences.
• Utilize existing tools and technology to enhance content delivery.
• Contribute to the seamless execution of training programs.

Requirements:
