Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Program Manager role located in Jahra. The Program Manager will oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure that all objectives are met efficiently. Responsibilities include coordinating across teams, monitoring project progress, mitigating risks, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The Program Manager will also play a key role in improving processes and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field
• Strong project management skills, including strategic planning, task prioritization, and risk management
• PMP certification is required.
• Proven ability in team coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industrial operations is an advantage
• Proficiency with project management tools and software is preferred
• Experience in program management or a related role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
