About the Role:
This role will act as the strategic engine of the Expansion Department, driving alignment of all initiatives with Bosta's IPO roadmap.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Governance: Develop and maintain the Master Expansion Program Schedule; perform resource leveling across the three expansion Pods to prevent bottlenecks
- Financial Control: Monitor total CAPEX utilization; approve budget variances for individual sites; lead cost-optimization initiatives to lower the Cost-per-Parcel.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Expansion, Ops, and cross functions
- Standardization: Own the Bosta Expansion Playbook, ensuring every new site adheres to standardized SOPs for layout, branding, and tech integration
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably within high-growth or fast-scaling businesses
- PMP or PgMP certification is preferred
- Proven experience managing high-value programs (multi-million EGP budgets)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
