About the Role
The Program Manager will oversee the execution of training programs, ensuring effective communication, compliance, and stakeholder engagement throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Program Management during Execution Weekly
- Program Oversight: Monitor program health, communicating progressive delivery of the program and confirmed classes on a weekly basis.
- Weekly Updates: Author and distribute Weekly Learning Program Update and Weekly Report emails providing condensed status updates, highlighting key achievements, upcoming training, and critical focus areas. This should go to all program stakeholders across Google, Customer and the ATP.
- Quarterly Future Planning: Provide reporting-based insights to inform future iterations of the programs and any pivots needed to improve likelihood of success.
- Bi-Annually Governance & Compliance: Establish program governance and ensure all activities remain within Google Training Compliance guidelines, partnering with Cloud Learning Lead (CLL) and Learning Services and Order Fulfilment Operations (OFO), as needed. Review as needed meetings to represent Google Cloud Learning.
- Meeting Participation: Attend onsite or virtual customer meetings as needed.
- Specialized Coordination: Navigate and lead coordination for requests outside the established program, triaging to appropriate teams across Google and the customer.
- Training and Logistics Management
- Weekly Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the primary liaison between learning service stakeholders, including CLL, trainers, and OFO through weekly meetings with each and leading bi-weekly alignment meetings across stakeholders.
- Addressing Operational Issues: Anticipate and address delivery issues and reflect them in weekly reports.
- Quarterly Scheduling and Confirmation: Work with ATP and Customer to finalize the training schedule on a quarterly basis, with likely iterations throughout the course of the program in line with CLS rescheduling policies.
- Policy Enforcement: Consistently emphasize adherence to Cloud Learning Services policies for cancellation, postponement and other changes.
- Registration and Certification Weekly
- Voucher Administration: Manage and track certification voucher distribution and reporting.
- Bi-Weekly Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate promotional engines, including email blasts, social media assets (Ha ilo posts) and brochures in close collaboration with the marketing teams across Google, ATP and Customer.
- Monthly Marketing Planning: Contribute insights to inform marketing plan development and validating training registration or landing pages aligned with the training schedule. Work with Marketing to establish a sustainable cadence of reminder emails one week prior to events, social media communications or localized requests.
- Registration Platform: Manage the Google RSVP registration tool and website updates for Customer Initiative courses in close collaboration with CLS Ops and Marketing, as well as ATP and Customer.
- Reporting & Evaluation Weekly
- Consumption Tracking: Monitoring learning consumption across all modalities, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), On-Demand (OLT), and vouchers.
- Monthly Feedback Integration: Establishing a cadence to measure learning effectiveness and gathering feedback from learners to identify improvement opportunities.
- Quarterly KPI Monitoring: Setting and tracking registration targets and other Key Performance Indicators for Quarterly reports for Joint Steering Committees or Customer.
- Progress Reviews: Providing continuous program reviews and weekly updates.
- Bi-Annually Final Evaluation: Creating comprehensive final training reports that provide an end-to-end overview of program metrics and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education details: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in program management and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in training and development.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud products and services.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
