Job Overview
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with 510 years of experience and a strong technical background to lead complex, multi-stream technical and digital programs.
The role requires deep technical understanding to drive execution, manage risks, and align business objectives with technical delivery.
The ideal candidate can confidently engage with engineers, architects, and senior leadership while ensuring governance, quality, and strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical and digital programs.
- Translate business objectives into executable technical program plans and roadmaps.
- Manage system integration, technical dependencies, and multi-vendor environments.
- Oversee program governance, budgets, timelines, and risk management.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and steering committee materials.
- Track delivery progress, technical KPIs, and benefits realization.
- Ensure solutions meet functional, non-functional, security, and performance requirements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 510 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Senior Technical Project Management.
- Mandatory certification in Project / Program Management (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing complex technical programs (digital platforms, IT transformation, systems integration).
- Strong understanding of SDLCs, infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience working with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations teams.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong technical foundation enabling effective engagement with technical teams.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent risk, dependency, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong executive communication and reporting capabilities.
