Role
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate a complex program comprising multiple workstreams. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring alignment across projects, effective governance, and successful delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, and quality standards, while acting as a key liaison between project teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall program, including multiple workstreams such as Technology and Advisory.
- Develop, maintain, and track the program roadmap and high-level schedules.
- Coordinate closely with Senior Project Managers to ensure alignment across all projects.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate interdependencies across workstreams and integrated systems.
- Monitor program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Prepare and present regular program status reports to the PMC Director (or as assigned by the Client) and key stakeholders.
- Ensure governance standards, reporting structures, and delivery methodologies are consistently applied across the program.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of proven experience in project management within complex, multi-workstream environments.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience or strong understanding of Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Strong expertise in program governance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
- Relevant project or program management certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are preferred.
