About the Role

Our client is seeking a Program Manager to drive the execution and standardization of operational launches across multiple stakeholder groups. In this role, you will collaborate with crossfunctional leaders to align on common practices, policies, and prioritization across central teams, including planning, operations, change management, and business development.

You will lead key charters focused on improving cash and package hygiene, resolving quality defects, strengthening performance management mechanismsincluding the offboarding of underperforming partnersand enhancing onboarding frameworks to ensure consistent quality. Additionally, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at improving reliability and operational excellence at scale.

The ideal candidate brings strong program management expertise, coupled with operational rigor and a datadriven mindset, to elevate performance, efficiency, and scalability across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt to rapidly changing inputs and business requirements
  • Collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure the proper balance between operational efficiency and stakeholder experience
  • Leverage planning and communication tools to provide transparency to key stakeholders

What are we looking for

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
