Program Manager

What will you do

As a Program Manager, you take full responsibility for delivering complex ServiceNow implementation projects on time, on budget, and with outstanding quality. In this position, you are fully responsible for the entire lifecycle of one or more implementation projects at a time. Your role will include standardizing project management processes, guiding governance practices, managing PM resources, and facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across programs. This is a global role based out of Riyadh, KSA.

Scope of work:

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementation projects, and act as the single point of contact during a ServiceNow implementation.
• Develop and implement standardized project management processes across departments, covering contract, resource, and performance management.
• Provide oversight and ensure adherence to project governance frameworks.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to improve profitability.
• Define KPIs and metrics to track and improve project success.
• Continuously monitor performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders including vendors and global teams.
• Lead portfolio risk and change management initiatives.
• Work closely with leadership (local and global CxO level) to align program activities with business goals.
• Use your consultancy skills and understanding of technology to explain how Plat4mation addresses requirements and objectives.
• Identify opportunities to provide maximum added value to the customer, up-sell opportunities and engage sales & pre-sales teams.
• Lead a project team leveraging a proven understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
• Coach and transfer knowledge to colleagues and customers.
• Plan and deliver project kick-off meetings.

We ask:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, project management, or a related field
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• 7+ years of experience in project management, including software implementation programs
• Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are all considered a strong plus
• ServiceNow experience is preferred and a strong plus
• Technical or Architecture background is a plus
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-team software implementation projects in large enterprise environments
• Leadership experience including team building, performance management, and mentoring
• Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management and ability to translate strategy into operational plans
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Visio, Word and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for connecting figures and results
