Title: Program Manager - SATCOM

Position Overview
- We are seeking a Program Manager, Network Engineering to lead and manage complex cellular network programs in the Gulf region, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia, as well as satellite infrastructure projects globally. This role involves overseeing programs that span hardware and software systems, ensuring alignment with business leads, and delivering customer-focused solutions across the full program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex programs and sub-projects with full ownership of schedule, cost, resources, and risk
- Serve as the primary interface with customers and vendors for service delivery and project execution
- Oversee a portfolio of programs and projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, finance, procurement, and logistics
- Provide strategic leadership and program management expertise across the organization
- Develop and manage program budgets and financial forecasts
- Support RFPs, bids, and proposals as required
- Present program status updates to internal executives and external stakeholders
- Represent company capabilities and customer needs effectively
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Agile certification
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of project management experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams in technical environments
- Experience supporting global customers and managing international programs
