Program Manager - Strategic Special Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of strategic and operational projects with internal teams as well as external stakeholders
• Develop and implement project management frameworks and detailed plans including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure effective delivery
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives, track KPIs, and ensure continuous progress against strategic goals
• Prepare high-level reports, briefings, and executive presentations to support leadership decision-making and drive strategic communication
• Represent senior leadership in meetings when required, ensuring key messages, directives, and follow-ups are accurately conveyed and actioned
• Support the development of operational policies, governance frameworks, and planning processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier international university, preferably in economics, business administration, finance, or public policy
• MBA or relevant master's degree is strongly beneficial but not essential
• 6–10 years of experience as a Project Manager, including 2–4 years of working closely with executive leadership
• Experience from a global strategy consulting firm or a mix of consulting and industry experience within a complex organisation
• Skilled at leading complex projects and navigating changing priorities with efficiency and adaptability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, trusted to work closely with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving, known for discretion and delivering results in fast-paced environments
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is highly preferred
