Job Description

Experience Required: At least 5- 7 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for individuals with backgrounds in banking, finance, FinTech, educational technology, and IT sectors.

Role Overview: The Program Marketing Manager is a pivotal figure in strategizing and implementing marketing plans for Classera's flagship products: CPay, an advanced payment management system, and HP Classeasy, a leading-edge educational platform. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker proficient in orchestrating marketing initiatives that significantly increase market presence while ensuring sustained customer engagement and retention for both products.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to expand the user base and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns that support Classera's strategic objectives.
  • Elevate product branding, ensuring marketing communications effectively engage diverse customer segments.
  • Drive brand awareness campaigns, utilizing innovative tactics and channels to boost visibility and recognition across target markets.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact within cross-functional teams, promoting a cohesive approach to brand messaging and strategic execution.
  • Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, offering insights to senior management and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, aligning expenditures with strategic priorities and financial objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to meet marketing goals.
  • Lead the creative development of marketing materials, ensuring they are compelling and reflect the innovative nature of Classera's products.

Day-to-Day Duties

  • Coordinate marketing activities across departments to optimize product offerings through detailed market research.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to conceive and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Promote a creative and innovative culture within the marketing team, encouraging the exploration of new strategies and initiatives.
  • Engage with sales and other departments to develop integrated and effective marketing strategies.
  • Supervise marketing projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to Classera's standards of quality. Essential Skills:
  • Expertise in crafting and executing digital marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of success in various online platforms.
  • Proficient in creating detailed marketing plans, from conception through to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ability to leverage a wide array of marketing channels for cohesive and impactful strategy development.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of forecasting market trends and identifying unique opportunities.

Educational Background: Preferred: A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
