EgyCham is hiring Fresh Program Sales Advisor to join our team.

Role Description

  • Contact potential and existing clients to promote training programs and HR services.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, social media, and inquiries.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable training or consulting solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in Telesales / Customer Service / Call Center Sales is preferred.
  • Experience in selling training, education, or services is a plus.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
