We're currently recruiting for a
ProgrammaticExecutive to be based in Cairo as part of the expansion of our Programmatic team.
Responsibilities
- Capabilities:
- Understand the programmatic ecosystem from both the demand and supply side.
- Understand the hierarchy of the most popular DSPs, such as DV360.
- Correctly suggest what formats are best to drive required client KPI.
- Teamwork:
- Manage and assist with the growth of interns through regular training sessions.
- Proactively liaise with the Senior Programmatic Management.
- Escalate issues to senior management in a timely manner.
- Activation:
- Programmatic campaign setups on different DSPs (DV360 being the most important).
- Strong optimization skills on different campaign types.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Brand Safety, Viewability and Ad Fraud.
- Strong reporting knowledge against different metrics/KPIs. Ability to add sensible commentary to reports and understand results/numbers.
- Strong Excel & PPT knowledge (Pivot tables, Excel automation).
- Clients:
- Attend client calls with the presence of a senior member and contribute by taking meeting minutes & asking questions.
- Professional, articulate email communication skills (meeting minutes, weekly reporting updates, EOCs).
- Participation and contribution in weekly performance calls.
- Quality assurance on assets received by the client.
- Processes:
- Understand the step-by-step processes for basic programmatic tasks such as setting up campaigns, building floodlights, ongoing reporting, optimisations and following the guidelines in place.
- Contribute to improving the process in place by giving feedback on different SLAs and tasks.
- Update daily pacing trackers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in planning, implementing, managing, and optimising both Performance and Brand programmatic campaigns in DSPs (DV360 & TheTradeDesk experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, and the ability to interpret & present data effectively in PowerPoint is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and key performance indicators.
- Proven ability to analyse account-wide performance and proactively recommend improvements.
- Excellent organisational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Bonus: Familiarity with 3rd-party ad servers, ad verification, ad trafficking & Campaign Manager (CM360).
